You’ve seen the heart-pounding adventures and glory-stealing moments unfold on shows like The Amazing Race, Expedition Impossible and Minute To Win It. The Seriously Funny Adventure Challenge is just like that! Only different. Well, let’s be honest . . . REALLY different. But that’s what makes this event so SERIOUSLY FUNNY!

Join your fellows in a fierce competition, pitting man against woman, child against parent, friend against friend, competitor against rubber chicken. This fun-filled challenge will involve teams* (of two or four) racing across the downtown areas of Grand Rapids to engage in fun and exciting timed challenges requiring fast thinking, fast acting, and reckless abandon. The adventure will culminate in the final joke showdown where competitors will lay all their cards on the table as they vie for prizes and bragging rights.

At this event, cheering and heckling from bystanders and supporters will not only be tolerated, but it will be strongly encouraged! Oh, and a final word, don’t worry, we actually are working with people who know what they are doing. Or at least that’s what they told us.

*Teams will be self-organized (Team Captains will register groups on-line) and competitors must be 12 years of age or older. Team members under the age of 18 must have parents permission (signed waiver) to participate.
