In Laughter Yoga, laughter is the means to bring unity & harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Participating in Laughter Yoga can provide the same benefits as aerobic activity without the aches, pains, and muscle tension associated with exercise. 

Laughter Yoga is beneficial for people of all ages and physical abilities. Anyone, regardless of age, weight, height, etc. can benefit from this experience. No special attire or props are needed.

Angela Essick Dykes was trained by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga. Wholeheartedly, she joined with him in doing her part to promote world peace and healing through later. The introduction of Laughter Yoga into Angela’s life provided much healing and restored joy. She is looking forward to laughing with you!
