We have been working creatively with our team as well as Pete and his team, to find a way that allows this event to happen while achieving the intended goal of raising awareness and funds for Gilda’s Club. After considering many options we regret to share that we are making the difficult decision to cancel the Pete Holme’s: Where Were We LaughFest event.

If you purchased tickets online, a bulk refund was requested through Ticketmaster on Thursday, May 4, 2023 for you. No further action is needed by you to receive this refund, which will include the full cost of your ticket including processing fees. Please know it may take up to 30 days for the Ticketmaster refund to reflect on your original method of payment.

If you purchased tickets in-person through either the DeVos Performance Hall or Van Andel Arena Box Offices or at a LaughFest Ticket Day hosted at Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids, you will need to go to point of sale to request your refund. Per TicketMaster’s policy, you MUST HAVE THE TICKETS PHYSICALLY IN-HAND to turn in when requesting refund from these locations.

If you have questions about your refund, please contact the organization through which you purchased your ticket:

  • If you purchased online, please contact Ticketmaster directly
  • If you purchased at the DeVos Perfomance Hall or Van Andel Arena Box Offices, please contact them directly. Please note, they have limited hours that are subject to change. Learn more here.
  • If you purchased at a LaughFest Ticket Day, please contact us at [email protected] or 616.735.4242.

We at Gilda’s LaughFest and Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids greatly appreciate your support and understanding in so many ways! We remain committed to doing everything we can to fulfill our mission of emotional health support for those on a cancer or grief journey, and to continue to serve our Gilda’s Club members.
